ger, you will be the main point of contact to liaise with vendors, contractors and the building management team for any maintenance or repair works, and will take care of the employees’ welfare, including ordering and restocking of office and pantry supplies while keeping internal budgets in mind. You will need to attend to external vendors and service providers, i.e. courier services, cleaning services or equipment maintenance contractors, and support the preparation and completion of expense reports. For HR responsibilities, you will be required to provide recruitment, onboarding and offboarding support when necessary, including administration of employee benefits, managing employee records, and be kept up to date with local labour policies and legislation. Other administrative duties will be assigned to you on an adhoc basis.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the CFO based in Singapore and will support an office with 10 headcounts.
skills and experience required
You will need to be tertiary educated and come with at least 2 years of office administrative and HR experience, preferably in a similar setting. Being able to communicate in Mandarin will be required for this position as your internal stakeholders from the head office will be writing emails in Mandarin and internal communication will mainly be in Mandarin. To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, responsive and have strong organisational skills to stay on top of your tasks.
