about the job
In this role you will provide secretarial support to the co-owners of the company including personal and family-related matters. You will liaise with their corporate secretary service provider to collate portfolio statements invoices and accounting statements to be used by third party accountants to create financial statements, document keeping, preparation of relevant forms and completion of e-filing with government bodies (IRAS/ACRA). In addition, you will be responsible for administrative matters such as company incorporation, arrangement of meetings, paperwork, and liaising with the company’s accountant to obtain financial information. You will maintain the family’s calendar and appointments and support the payment of personal and work invoices, bills, credit cards, club membership bills, rental bills, utilities etc with the help of the Accountant. You will also be in charge of Visa and travel related documentation and bookings for the family members.
about the manager/team
The role reports directly to the President of the company who is also the co-founder and co-owner of the office. The family owns a few homes globally but the office is small with a staff strength of less than 10.
skills and requirements for the job
You should be tertiary educated with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office management and executive secretarial support. You should also be familiar with Companies Act, regulatory and reporting environments as well as application of passes with MOM and ICA. This role is well-suited for somebody looking at career stability who is also trustworthy, meticulous and organised. Work life balance is a given for this role but you must also have initiative to prioritise the family’s needs.
