The firm is looking for an Office Manager who will manage day-to-day office operations and provide great administrative support to the team, including vendor management, being the first point of contact at the office, scheduling meetings and managing room bookings, taking care of office and pantry supplies, organising events/activities and processing expense claims. You will need to be seated at the front desk to execute reception duties, especially attending to guests or clients when they arrive, and managing incoming and outgoing courier services for the office. Office lease renewals and liaising with the building management will also fall under your care.

You will be reporting to a Regional Manager and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and come with at least 3 years of relevant experience in office management for a corporate office. You will need to have good initiative, be flexible in your work scope, and have solid follow-through skills to complete your tasks diligently and efficiently. The ability to problem solve, work in a team and do well under pressure, will contribute to your success in this role.
