An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join this Fintech start up as the first Office Manager in the region!

about the job

You will be reporting directly into the COO and acting as the first point of contact for all office management matters. Being part of the pioneer team allows you to handle end to end business administration from setting up processes, getting involve in purchasing and managing of products and supplies, liaising with vendors to ensure that payroll and finance matters are in order, onboarding new hires, events planning and other business related activities. You will double up as an Executive Assistant to the senior stakeholders and take direct instructions from them on travel arrangements, reporting, and ad-hoc secretarial support to ensure smooth operations on a daily basis.

To excel in this role, you need to be passionate in your role and demonstrates an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset. You enjoy being part of the growing business and have your voice heard!

skills & experience required

You would come with 5 years of secretarial and office management experiences, ideally within a start up organisation. You enjoy taking a proactive approach and partner the senior stakeholders on decision making processes and find excitement and satisfaction setting things up from scratch! In return, this role pays up to S$5000 per month with unlimited growth opportunities!
