This financial technology start up led by experienced corporate leaders who are entrepreneur at heart is setting up its global headquarters in Singapore. The first hire that would make a difference and impact the growth is an experienced and passionate Office Manager.

about the job

As an office manager, you are the advisor to the senior stakeholders. You come with solid operational experiences setting up new offices in Singapore, garner vast business networks and most importantly, find satisfaction putting things together and seeing the business grow in your care.

Your scope would evolve quickly in the next 18 months. The first career phase includes you sourcing for office space and planning the move from a service office in the CBD area. You would tap on your contacts to source for vendors including payroll master, legal and tax advisors, corporate insurance and work pass managements for your stakeholders. You will double up as a secretary to the COO and CEO and provide them with support on diary management, travel and logistical arrangements, and being the client contact for coordinating duties. The role would subsequently involve setting up of processes, facilities management and other people related advisory.

skills & experience required

To excel in this role, you would come with 10 years of office management experience in a MNC environment. It would be an added advantage if you have a combined experience working for start up too. You are an excellent communicator and with ability to put on your strategic thinking hat while getting your hands dirty to get things done! In return, this role pays up to SGD95000per annum.
