The company is a well-established hedge funds firm from New York who just opened it's Singapore office. There is planned expansion and growth for the Singapore office.

about the job

You will manage the office administrative services and provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and other members of the firm when necessary. Your core duties will be to assist in managing the calendar of the CEO and other members of the investment team, such as scheduling and prioritizing appointments. At all times, you will be required to represent the CEO in a professional manner in all context, ensuring that positive relationships are developed and maintained with all relevant internal and external parities. In addition, you will act as the main telephone coverage on incoming calls for the CEO.

Your official job title will be “Office Manager” and you will report to and provide executive secretarial support to the CEO.

skills & experience required

This is a senior role and you need to come with minimum 5 years of office administration management and executive secretarial experience supporting top management. The firm is also fast-paced and results-driven hence this role is well-suited for somebody who is highly intelligent, driven, self-motivated and with top-notch communication skills. Candidates with working experience in financial institutions will be advantageous.
