about the job

As an office manager to an international firm, you act as a business partner to senior stakeholders in the firm. You listen, analyse and provide solutions to problems to ensure smooth operation in the office. Your scope include office administration, people management, workforce planning, managing performance appraisal processes, office facilities management, finance reporting and provide collaborative support to regional projects.

skills & experience required

To excel in this role, you would come with 5 years of office management experience in a professional services firm, ideally with people management exposure. You are an excellent communicator and with ability to put on your strategic thinking hat while getting your hands dirty to get things done! In return, this role pays up to SGD80,000 per annum with excellent welfare benefits.
