This international legal firm with strong base in the United Kingdom is looking to hire a dynamic and experiences Office Manager to join the Singapore office.

about the job

As an office manager, you are required to work hand in hand with the Managing Partner of the firm in Singapore. At this start up stage, there are clear growth plans set for the next 18 months and you will be playing an important role in ensuring that the business goals are met.

Your responsibilities include end to end office administration, office renovation, setting up processes, basic HR and Finance administration, being the liaison with the headquarters and legal bodies in Singapore. A secondary portfolio might involve you supporting the Managing Partner on secretarial and legal administration duties including preparation of documents, calendar management, travel arrangements and other admin function as required.

You will be a proactive individual who enjoys being part of a big plan, someone who portrays professional image and be the pillar to the firm.

skills & experience required

To excel in this role, you would come with 5 years of secretarial and office management experiences ideally in a small to mid size professional services firm. You are an excellent communicator and with ability to put on your strategic thinking hat while getting your hands dirty to get things done! In return, this role pays up to S$6000 per month with excellent benefits.
