    about the job
    In the role of an Office Manager, you will be required to complete a broad variety of administrative tasks to support the day to day operations of the organization. Your job responsibilities include providing immaculate executive corporate support to the Managing Director in running the day to day operations of the company. You will also be in charge of coordinating the full spectrum of office administration responsibilities, including but not limited to the office budgetary control, vendor management as well as general office management. To succeed in the role, you should be an individual equipped with strong communication skills and business acumen, in order to manage and control office expenses and establish amicable relationships with vendors so as to secure optimal rates for the business.

    Additionally, you will be required to render your assistance in the human resources department, liaising closely with counterparts in the global headquarters to facilitate HR initiatives in the Singapore office.

    about the manager/team
    You will be working with a lean team and administer required support to facilitate the day to day operations of the business in Singapore. This role reports to the Managing Director of the organization.

    skills and experience required
    The incumbent should be tertiary educated with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in providing administrative support within a dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you must possess high organizational skills and inductive reasoning aptitude to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of English to communicate with stakeholders of various nationalities. The ideal incumbent should also be meticulous, resourceful and independent with a demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and discretion in enhancing work efficiency. Candidates with prior experience working in a start-up environment will be highly considered.
