You will work

with team members to support all aspects of the company's operations in Southeast Asia, with a focus on the company in Singapore. You will act as a hub for communication with outsourced accountants, tax accountants, lawyers and secretarial firms. In addition, you will communicate with government agencies and banks in Singapore. You will also coordinate with local staff and arrange board meetings.

This role reports to the Back Office Operations Manager.
skills and requirements for the job
You should be tertiary educated with minimum 3 years of office administrative experience in an MNC environment, ideally in a start-up or tech firm. Experience in basic accounting or book-keeping may be an added advantage. Knowledge in Japanese language is another good-to-have. You must also be proficient in MS office, be a strong team player and possess a “can-do” attitude.
