They are currently seeking to onboard an Office Secretary to support the business operations in Singapore.     about the job
    In the role of an Office Secretary, you will be required to support the business in performing day to day administrative tasks in collaboration with the Office Manager. Your responsibilities include the upkeep of office and pantry inventories, maintenance of general office presentability, maintenance of an accurate and organized record of documentation within the company’s operative system, coordination of travel arrangements as well as the organization of internal and external corporate events.

    about the manager/team
    This role sits within the office support team and reports directly to the Office Manager.

    skills and experience required
    The ideal candidates should be tertiary educated and possess at least 2 years of experience in an administrative function preferably within the maritime industry. Agility in picking up new systems and knowledge is essential as the role would require meticulous attention to detail in the maintenance of information within the company’s operative system. To excel in this role, you will need to be able to multitask under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with your stakeholders and ensure quality service delivered.
