    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the Head of OMNI Channel, you will be in charge of driving a myriad of activities to improve the sales targets and maximizing the coverage of potential customers.

    about the job

    We are currently looking to hire an OMNI Channel Sales Executive to join the OMNI Channel team! You will be primarily responsible for driving the sales planning process and assisting with process implementation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop relevant metrics to track success, course correcting as appropriate
    • Implement KPIs, incentive plans within the OMNI channel plan
    • Drive the annual planning process for the sales team and assisting with update of customer segmentation
    • Be a key user for sales tools and taking on tool enhancement requests
    • Collaboration with various teams in implementation & utilization of sales tools and processes
    • Ad-hoc analysis work as assigned by the management

    skills and experience required

    • You should ideally have 3 years of sales operations experience
    • Experience within the industrial / manufacturing sector would be preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
