about the job
- Carry out regulatory requirement self-assessment and Business Continuity Plans
- Perform gap analysis on existing procedures and workflows, and identify areas for enhancements
- Assist to review and roll out compliance policies, and provide advice on related matters
- Participate in regulatory inspections and assist to follow up on highlighted audit issues
- Prepare and submit monthly/ quarterly compliance reports to Management
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational risk management
- Good team player who is also able to work independently, when required
- Strong verbal, writing and stakeholder management skills are required as the team has to liaise with various departments frequently
- Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft tools
