... - You will be responsible for servicing Priority Clients’ soft dollar statements and payments
- Identify and resolve clients’ issues and client-related queries
- Ensure the accurate capture of trades, balances and payments for the monthly statements
- Reconciling and maintenance of client soft dollar statements
- Liaising with payment teams to ensure timely payments
skills and experience required
- Possess at least 1-2 years of financial markets experience working in a bank
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Financial Risk Management
- Proactive with good learning attitude
