about the job

• Manage all end to end operational matters for all product offerings such as commodities, securities and digital assets; this includes asset transfer, settlements, deposits and withdrawals, and reconciliations
• Ensure the smooth execution of operational workflows by taking ownership of all transaction processing, and by monitoring risk and control of operational procedures
• Manage operational deliverables by partnering with various departments to resolve issues and maintain strategic initiatives through innovation and process design
• Actively participate in process and project enhancements be it automation or process alignments

skills and experience required

• Minimum Degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations, Middle Office and/or Project Management within the Banking and Financial Services Sector
• Experience with SQL and high proficiency in Excel will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with complex work and process flows
• Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in problem solving
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to operate in a global environment managing global stakeholders
