Our client is an established MNC. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new CRM Analyst / Oracle Cloud Analyst / Specialist / Consultant o be based here in Singapore.
About the job
Reporting directly to the Head of CRM, your role involves:
Lead end to end Oracle Service Cloud CRM project implementation/enhancement which includes requirements gathering, milestone planning, configuration and testing
Translating business issues / requirements into information systems and information management solutions. Partnering with the sales & marketing and product team to communicate capability roadmaps and delivery strategy for business technology and solutions.
Handling continuous improvement of the CRM platform, identifying opportunity for sales / business process flow
Managing external vendors, ensuring SLA has been adhered to
Designing training materials and conducting CRM training across Asia
Staying updated and evaluating / translating latest salesforce new releases into viable IT Digital implementation to increase productivity for the business
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, You should have at least 5 years of experience in Oracle CRM / Oracle Service Cloud / Oracle Advertising and Customer Experience (CX). You should have implemented at least 2 end to end CRM implementation across Asia. You should have at least 5 years of experience in engaging business stakeholders.
Candidates with proven track record of aligning roadmap/strategy with global Europe/US HQ will be highly preferred.
