Our client is a Fortune 50 prestigious Telco looking for a Order Desk Consultant (Sales Support) to provide sales team support through the global sales process.



about the job

As an Order Desk Consultant (Sales Support), your main role is to assist sales with Order creation and subsequent progression to Service Order primarily utilizing their in-house CRM systems.



You will be required to:

  • Provide sales support to achieve regional business sales and revenue targets.
  • System administrative support to the sales and business operations team throughout the sale process including data entry into CRM systems, systems training, systems issue identification and follow up with support team toward resolution
  • Assist Sales Operations workload overflow projects/initiatives to drive new business or support business operations.
  • Document validation for clean order ensuring all required documentation is loaded and completed accurately.

This is a 6 month renewable contract - excellent benefits and you will work with a patient superior who is willing to guide.



skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Diploma/Degree in any related discipline
  • Min 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Support or Order Desk environment / Order processing
  • Experience with CRM equivalent
  • Ability to learn complex order processing and communicating to internal teammates
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Well spoken and presentable, those who can start on short notice will be a plus
