As a Order Management & Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative services and performing general office duties. The core responsibility of your role will be to support the sales team in the order management process, fulfilling a range of tasks such as submitting and processing product orders for customers within the APAC region, ensuring sales orders are entered into the business system, attending to incoming enquiries on order fulfillment requests and assisting with Account Payables / Receivables functions. Additionally you will also be required to assume general administrative responsibilities such as performing general clerical duties, welcoming guests and customers, organizing and maintaining HR records and support with travel arrangements as required.

This role is mainly responsible for supporting the sales growth of the firm by assisting the Asia Executive Director and local Area Sales Managers team with Back-Office related functions, in coordination with Headquarters teams.
skills and experience required
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an order management position and possess proven administrative, organizational, and time management skills with great attention to detail and accuracy. A bachelor's or associate's degree is preferred, but commensurate experience is acceptable. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with Navision is a plus. Fluency in the local language and English is required, and knowledge of any other languages is highly valuable in supporting a diversified range of clients. Excellent written and oral communication skills are also essential.
