about the company
An expanding FMCG company with growing foothold in Asia is investing into their supply chain hub in a bid to better serve their key accounts. With an established presence here in Singapore, the supply chain team is actively hiring for a Order Management Team Lead to elevate the overall customer experience for their distribution business.

about the job

  • Manage local inbound flow and coordinate across regional offices to ensure all orders meet delivery dates
  • Function as Order Management process and KPI owner and improve non-performing areas
  • Key interface between supply chain and suppliers - drive coordinative efforts across planners, freight forwarders and principles
  • Point of escalation for issue resolution pertaining to process orders, shipping documents and invoicing
  • Manage a team of Representatives to support regional sales operations
  • Work with senior management to implement best-in-class processes and SOPs
  • Process orders through SAP and take a proactive approach to engage internal and external customers to drive excellent service quality


skills and experience required

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service/Order Management
  • Team leadership capabilities
  • Great timeline management
  • SAP experience is highly advantageous
