job description

about the company

My client is in the 3PL logistics.With more than 20 years history, this is a great brand to join at an exicting time in their development.

about the job

  • Create quotations for counter customers
  • Issuance of delivery note to invoicing and payment.
  • Discussion with suppliers to resolve documentation problems
  • Process, review and maintain all orders
  • Submission & process of approved invoices
  • Initiate continuous business process improvements
  • Process customer sales orders (quotations, customers’ purchase order with verifications)

skills & experience required

  • Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC / O Level or equivalent
  • Excellent in microsoft excel
  • Able to communicate with stakeholders (Supplier / Customers / Internal Staff)
  • Well versed with order processing & fulfillment
  • Understand and user of SAP
  • Willing to work in western part of Singapore (Joon Koon / Tuas / Jurong West )
