    about the job

    • Process orders in full cycle from order entry to invoicing accurately
    • Resolve all issues relating to order fulfilment
    • Provide Risk Management on orders and sales backlog
    • SAP Ordering Process and close collaboration with Global Operations team
    • Ensure backlog is managed efficiently with no past due status
    • Close monitoring of all backlogs to expedite deliveries on timely manner
    • Import and Export. Ins
    • Liaise with freight forwarders to coordinate shipment and on time delivery
    • Inventory and warehouse daily activities
    • Customers management including enquiries, orders, payments, and all customer services related areas to follow up to closure

    skills & experience required

    • Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Logistic / Supply Chain
    • Min 5 years working experience in order fufillment , order management , Letter of Credit
    • Proficient knowledge of financial and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, AO, Salesforce)
