My client is in the consultancy space providing professional certification and solutions for human capital. Currently, they are in search of a consultant proficient in Organizational Development/ Occupational Psychology space to oversee projects targeted at developing human capitals in organizations.



about the job
Joining as a Manager of the team, you will be in charge of leading research and solutioning projects in developing industry solutions and business transformation with regards to human capital. You will work in partnerships with relevant agencies in promoting human capital diagnostics and benchmarks. You will work on research and consolidate data in publishing reports, white papers and resources for corporate and consultancy use. You should be providing consultancy using customised reports, competency models and strategic business outcomes in driving growth for clients.

Furthermore, you will be working with internal teams in scaling up organization's products with HR analytics insights. You are required to engage with adult Continuing Education and Training (CET) providers and other Institutes of Higher Learning in adapting and developing certification to applicants/ candidates. Other ad hoc duties or projects will be assigned accordingly. skills and experience required
You should be equipped with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Human Capital Consulting, Occupational Psychology field or Organizational Development in change management and come with minimally a degree in I-O Psychology or Human Resources. You must come with in-depth knowledge of I-O methods, comfortable with data analytics and excellent stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should be an effective communicator both written and verbally. You should have strong problem solving and analytical skills. To strive in this role, you should be proactive and be able to multitask to take on multiple projects.
