Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing and managing client and candidate relationships. You will assess and respond to the needs of client and ensure timely delivery. Your goal is to build mutual beneficial relationships between client and candidates and ensure that the recruitment process from interview to offer which includes sourcing and interviewing candidates and negotiating salary packages.
