    As a Recruitment Consultant in Randstad, you’ll receive direct support and guidance from a dynamic Construction, Property & Engineering team of 8 experienced recruitment specialists to help you become a successful 360 recruitment consultant.

    When you work at Randstad, you’ll get the tools and opportunities to build your own professional recruitment brand as well as grow your network and portfolio. Our extensive database and research reports will help develop your knowledge and insights on the property industry in Singapore and to deliver world-class service to your clients and candidates.

    Some of the roles that you would be working on fulfilling include (but not limited to):

    • Facilities Engineer
    • Property Manager
    • Engineering Manager
    • Leasing Executive
    • Project Manager (Data Centre)


    You’ll get to:


    • Use internal databases and external channels to support talent selection and identification within the facility & property industry.
    • Screen, qualify and assess high-potential candidates based on job descriptions as well as organisational and personality fit.
    • Initiate and drive multi-pronged sales and marketing activities for business development with existing and new clients.
    • Establish and maintain high-trust relationships with clients through in-depth industry and employment market intelligence from Randstad or own research.
    • Keep pace of and analyse market and sector trends to support clients’ human capital development.

    skills and experience required

    • Degree in real estate, property management, engineering
    • Minimum 1 year experience in a 360-recruitment environment
    • Exceptional at creating opportunities for both clients and talent
    • Commercial acumen and industry knowledge is an added advantage for the role
    • Motivated and driven to produce consistent performance
