    about the role

    In your role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through sales activity. To maintain and develop a portfolio of clients to contribute positively to the goal of growing the Singapore business, both in revenue and gross profit (monthly and annually), in accordance with the company’s budgets and objectives. To provide strategic direction to key clients and consulting teams to increase market share.


    You’ll get to:
    • With a specific focus on Singapore accounts - develop & execute key account plans and relationships to contribute positively to the goal of growing the business first in gross profit and secondly in revenue.
    • Participate in achieving new business, by identifying and marketing to prospective clients with a focused approach on strategic solution selling
    • Research the competitive landscape and set key strategies for the positioning of Randstad’s service offering based on competitor understanding.
    • Maintain and develop industry networks to ensure a high Randstad profile.
    • Support knowledge sharing and best practices knowledge transfer of Randstad and Global customers into the country organization to meet customer requirements and standards
    • Analysis & presentation of key account data towards an account strategy within the opco and regionally as the opportunity arises
    • Consolidating information into Total Account Plans for your respective key accounts as well as direct reports key accounts.
    • Supporting new processes such as Total Talent Architecture TTA
    • Owning and ensuring client solutions industry capability presentations are up to date
    skills and experience
    • 8 + years of experience in either recruitment, sales or business development
    • Experience / knowledge of the tech industry an advantage
    • Relevant University Degree
    • Solution or strategic selling expertise preferred
    • High analytical skills
