providing legal and corporate secretarial support to the legal teamhandling corporate and commercial documents, NDAs, IT contracts and etcassisting with administrative works including maintaining database of legal documentsliaising with external counterparts where necessaryassisting with ad-hoc duties as assigned

skills and experience required

Degree / Diploma in law with at least 3 years of experience working with reputable law firm or in house handling corporate & commercial works. Candidates with good interpersonal skills are highly preferred.
