As part of a strategic expansion of their corporate practice, they are looking for a Corporate Partner with M&A expertise in the Asia market.

You will play a key role in the development and growth of the firm’s Corporate practice alongside other partners. Advising clients on a broad range of cross border M&A transactions including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, strategic alliances and investments, you will lead the end to end origination to execution of the deals. As a key member of the leadership team in the firm, you will develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients and intermediaries to identify and win new business opportunities in the region complementary to the firm's existing network.
Requirements
You are admitted to the Bar with at least 10 post qualification experience and a solid track record in originating and driving transactions in the M&A practice of a reputable law firm. You have a strong network of contacts and relationships in the APAC market with a sizeable client following. You are a driven, commercial-minded, innovative leader and a team player that strives in a collaborative environment.
