about the role
In this role, you will be handling the full spectrum of payroll for a few hundred employees. This will include the submission of CPF, the income tax filing as well as any childcare, maternity, national service etc. claims. You will also be involved in supporting the annual salary review and bonus process. In this role, you will look at corporate card related matters, review employee claims, do the annual leave and bonus accruals. You will also be involved in any payroll or accounting related projects.
skills and experience required
You should ideally possess more than 5 years of experience doing payroll and accounting for a few hundred people in the organization. You are meticulous with good time management. You are able to work independently and will proactively find out the changes in regulations for you to operate your role in an optimal manner. You are a strong team player. You possess strong interpersonal skills and are able to communicate well with various stakeholders.
