Our client is Life Sciences MNC, currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join the HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support Payroll activities including but not limited to:
- Process payroll activities related to employee’s life cycle e.g. onboarding, confirmation, salary adjustment, promotion, transfer, contract conversion etc
- Support pre-payroll activities ie verify and confirm payroll changes from HR, ensure accurate employee records in the HR system, etc
- Process full cycle monthly payroll for Singapore (200+) and Australia (20)
- Manage Payroll reports and dashboards e.g. overtime, attendance, headcount reports, government and other online surveys
- Ensure compliance to governments’ legislation law and audit requirements
- Recommend continuous improvement to payroll processes
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects

- Permanent role
- Basic Salary + AWS + VB (avg 2 months)
- 5 day work week, 9am to 6pm
- Office location: Jurong West, Singapore
- Immediately available/ short notice preferred but not a requirement
skills and experience required
- Experience in processing end to end payroll, knowledge in MOM laws and regulations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to manage relevant stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
