about the company
My client is an international law firm with presence in the US, Europe, Middle East and APAC region. With their new growth market to be in the APAC region, they are constantly hearing from their customers so that they can satisfy their customer needs to enhance organic growth. Currently, they need to hire a high calibre payroll analyst to help manage the payroll for the organisation.

about the job
Reporting to the finance manager, you will be in-charge of the entire payroll process for the Singapore office which includes 150 partners/ employee who are tax residents of US, UK, HK and Singapore. Your role would include dealing with the complex payroll arrangement and tax treatments. You will also be involved in working with the Accounts Payable team to ensure all the payments are compliant to the firm and office policies.

You will be reporting to a encouraging supportive manager who takes pride in developing his staff. You will also be working with a team of helpful and cooperative team who will help you when you need help.

skills and experience required
You should ideally be Degree qualified or equivalent with a good grasp of individual taxes. You should ideally have at least 4 years of payroll experience and is able to challenge existing procedures to make enhancements. You are able to quickly adapt to new financial systems and is proficient in microsoft software includes advanced excel skills. Experience in handling SAP and easypay will be an advantage for this role.
