about the company
Our client is a Financial Services company, looking for a Regional Payroll & Benefits Administrator.

about the job

Reporting to the Regional Payroll Manager, your job scope includes but is not limited to:

  • Monthly payroll processing from end-to-end, including the preparation of instructions and payroll reports, payroll vendor management, tax clearance and employee claims
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll according to payroll calendar
  • Update and implement payroll processes that are compliant with relevant regulators and statutory boards, participate and manage audit processes
  • Administer benefits processes and projects
  • Work closely with HR team and colleagues from the various countries

skills and experience required

  • Minimally 2 years of experience in processing payroll locally
  • Regional payroll experience would be advantageous
  • Independent, good team player, detail oriented, organised
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
