about the job
This role will require you to manage and administer payroll support for the company. You will also ensure that monthly payroll activities will be done in accuracy, comply with regulatory standards and recorded accordingly. Preparation and filing of IR21 claims, as well as other liaising with the administration team to answer payroll queries from employees will also be part of your scope. You do not have to disburse the payment to the staff. There are 300 to 400 headcount in this company (white and some blue-collar workers).
about the manager/team
You will be working together in a team of competent and proactive individuals, seated in the Finance team. They are strong team players and would render you that helping hand whenever needed. You will collaborate with the HR team whenever necessary.
skills and experience required
You should be Diploma qualified and possess at least 1 year of working experience with the payroll department. You need to have experience in large headcounts, specifically more than 100. You should ideally have good organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.
