This exciting role would require you to report to the Head of HR. In this role, you will be assisting in areas such as managing the overseas payroll, taxation and mandatory benefits. Maintain overseas compensation and benefits policy and ensure payroll processing in line with policy and provide advice on enquiries. In addition, manage new payroll set-up, payroll report, budget and audits.Your role will also include but not limiting to improve company payroll management framework, administer employee insurance schemes and conduct market trend analysis for compensations.

Skills & experience required

This is a hands-on supervisory role and will only suit those who are independent and committed workers. The right candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

To be successful you must:
