Our client is a well-established, listed FMCG MNC with operations across the globe. They are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their dynamic team for 6 months.

about the job

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be managing the payroll activities for Singapore.

Your job scope includes but is not limited to:

  • Monthly payroll processing from end-to-end, including the preparation of instructions and payroll reports, GL reports, tax clearance, filings etc
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll according to payroll calendar
  • Update payroll processes that are compliant with relevant regulators and statutory boards, participate and manage audit processes
  • Advising employees on payroll related enquiries
  • Supporting and driving payroll projects

  • This is a 6 months maternity cover contract with attractive benefits and bonus
  • Contract renewal/ extension/ internal transfer depends on business needs

skills and experience required

  • Minimally 1-2 year of experience in Payroll
  • Adaptable, fast pace, independent, good team player, meticulous
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Workday system would be advantageous
