As one of the established players in the market, they are continuously expanding and are looking for a HR Payroll Specialist to join their team.

about the job
You will undertake the role of a HR Payroll Specialist. Your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information prior to processing payroll
  • Maintain payroll information, files and records to provide up to date reference and audit trail for compliance
  • End to end payroll function - payroll administration, performing payroll calculations, payroll reconcilations, monitoring processing checklists and calendars etc
  • Assist in validation of payroll requirements
  • Coordinating with internal team and clients to meet deadlines
  • Preparing monthly custodial related reports
  • Queries handling

about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Payroll Manager.

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in related fields of studies (Accounting, Business Administration) and demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in the Payroll function. It would be ideal if you have experience within a Payroll Outsourcing firm. You will be someone who is proficient in data crunching and be able to work well in a fast paced environment. Apart from the mentioned, you will be someone who is dynamic, organized and meticulous.
