With their rapid expansion, they are currently looking for a People & Culture Assistant to join their ranks.


    about the job

    As the People & Culture Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting day to day activities in the HR Department

    • Assists in full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, payroll matters and liaising with candidates
    • Assist to handle new hire onboarding/ off-boarding processes including background screening, employment offers, new hire setup and enrolment, and compliance training
    • Maintain and update Employee’s records into the HRIS system accordingly
    • Liaise and work with third party vendors, such as Travel Agents and Course Providers on payment processing, as well as reservation of courses
    • Assist and process all employees claims reimbursement and vendor payments.
    • Assists to check the annual flight and repatriation flight locations and budget for employees
    • Ensure timely submission of statutory matters like IR21, MOM and related market surveys, child care leaves, maternity leaves, paternity leaves and NSMen claims
    • Assists in payroll administration, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A annual Income Tax Assessment and staff claim
    • Assists in administration duties such as liaison with vendors, postal, dispatch arrangements, and receiving phone calls
    • Assists in the application & renewal of all related work passes for employees and their family
    • Other duties assigned

    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the People & Culture Manager directly, you will be assisting to enhance the full employee experience cycle from recruitment, employee satisfaction to exit formalities.



    skills and experience required

    To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with at least 1 year of relevant HR Operations experience, with strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
