about the job

As the People & Culture Executive, you will assist to support the Senior People & Culture Executive in HR Departmental Development, as well as academic and administrative staff recruitment cycle.

• Play an instrumental role in enhancing the school’s employer branding, to remain an employer of choice for academic and experienced expatriate hires
• Assists in end-to-end coordination of recruitment assignments, including administration of all in and outsourced services of the employee and activities throughout the recruitment life cycle
• Initiate innovative approaches in the enhancement of Global Mobility issues
• Prepare employment contracts and compensation packages accordingly
• Assists in the administration of employee claims, welfare, benefits and salary compensation reviews, insurance and related processes
• Assists in approval processes and conduct relevant recruitment activities
• Analyze HR trends to develop effective solutions and programmes
• Support the executives and assistants on any HR related matters
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as required, which includes reporting

about the manager/team

Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Executive directly, you will be acting as a support to the Manager of People & Culture on academic staff expatriate payroll and insurance management.

skills and experience required

To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with at least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in expatriate management or analytics, along with excellent knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR-related government regulatory act.
