As the People & Culture Executive, you will assist to support the Senior People & Culture Executive in HR Departmental Development, as well as academic and administrative staff recruitment cycle.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Executive directly, you will be acting as a support to the Manager of People & Culture on academic staff expatriate payroll and insurance management.
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with at least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in expatriate management or analytics, along with excellent knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR-related government regulatory act.
