With their rapid expansion, they are currently looking for a People Operations Lead to support the business units across the APAC region.


    about the job

    As the People Operations Lead, you will be responsible for

    • Being an integral partner of HR operations between employees and the leadership team
    • Curate and shape robust HR operations and payroll processes and controls in compliance with local labour laws and regulations
    • Achieve business needs and improve overall organizational health by partnering with global teams to enhance employee experience and engagement
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders and business leaders to implement people operations processes and lead initiatives related to process enhancements and programmes
    • Manage the overall recruitment and selection process to hire good talent for retention and growth
    • Initiate and execute an effective People Development strategy for nurturing of talents, employee engagement, as well as developing a strong leadership team
    • Manage the constant improvement of HR processes, policies and practices which includes annual performance management, compensation, and benefits review.
    • Be the main point of contact and provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on people-related matters
    • Implementing talent management and succession planning and recruitment strategies to build a high performance culture and preserve human capital
    • Manage the execution of a variety of HR processes and staff movement spanning the entire lifecycle
    • Strengthen the end-to-end employee lifecycle management by understanding employees via data-driven approaches


    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the HR Director, you will be developing and implementing HR strategies and programs in accordance with business priorities to foster an inclusive environment


    skills and experience required

    To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 8-10 years of relevant people operations experience, including Payroll and Compliance, preferably from Tech Sectors. Prior Regional experience overseeing Europe and Asia would be highly advantageous.
