As a People Strategist , you will be working closely with the management and local teams to organise huge people-related projects, to drive effective HR strategies
- Auditing the current HR success in the organisation
- Synthesising HR vision based on organisation's plans
- Developing strategic directions and formulating tactical strategies to support the growth of the company
- Curate new people systems and programs and practices for the organisation
- Formulate and design talent strategies and frameworks across several aspects, comprising of talent acquisition, talent development and organisational development
- Support organisation-level strategic planning and work planning efforts
- Organise staff engagement events and senior management retreats
- Conduct business analytics to gain insights on management decision-making
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for driving HR strategies and projects across multiple domains , to retain talent growth.
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in driving HR strategies and projects. You should possess exemplary communication and strategic thinking skills to work with respective stakeholders, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and influence huge organisational changes. Prior experience in Organisational Psychology will be an added advantage
