About the company
A market leading IT firm is currently recruiting for Performance and Reward Manager ( 2 years contract) to join their dynamic team. They are one of the leading IT firm in business sectors, the organization’s increased commitment to its employees and has raised a new role.

About the role

This exciting role would require you to report to the HR Director. You will be responsible for full spectrum performance and rewards function such as analyse compensation trends, framework, policies and programmes. Your role will also include but not limiting to:-

  • Analysing the compensation and benefit plans annually to ensure their competitiveness.
  • Assisting in the design, development and implementation of benefit plans and programs
  • Implement C&B and Performance management programmes such as the annual merit Increment, performance appraisal and promotion exercise.
  • Provide HR consultancy and advisory services to the line managers

Skills and experience required

The successful candidate will degree educated with 5 years progressively responsible Compensation and Benefits experience. You will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop quantitative models and strong teamwork skills required to work in a fast moving matrix environment.
