    About the company

    I am exclusively representing one of the leading telecommunications conglomerates headquartered in Singapore and one of the largest mobile network operators and the leading player in digitalisation within the local landscape. As part of their expansion they are looking for a Performance Marketer to increase subscriber growth for their paid media channels and managing media agencies.

    About the role

    Reporting to the Director of Retail Marketing, your responsibilities will include

    • To work closely with senior management to strategize and implement subscriber growth strategies and media agencies” performance metrics
    • You will work closely with media agencies for various marketing campaigns and set standards and outcome to be achieve
    • You will be task to review campaign performances , evaluate effectiveness and shortfall and recommend optimisation strategies to campaigns
    • You will be taking a proactive approach in reviewing campaign performance to target set , to ensure that goals are on track and take remediation measures where necessary
    • To keep abreast of digital marketing trends, attribution models and implement tools to track the effectiveness of our direct / digital marketing campaigns.
    • Task to evaluate the marketing funnel to review digital campaigns effectiveness across omnichannel
    • To take a scientific approach in using data to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategies and performance
    • You will work closely with cross functional teams to measure paid media performance and interpret trends to identify gaps and opportunities for sales team to follow up

    Skills and experience required

    • Min 6 years of relevant experience in performance marketing and managing media agencies
    • Good understanding of paid media advertising and is able to analyze insights and data to make actionable recommendations for senior management
    • Able to work in fast paced and juggling multiple projects simultaneously
