You will assist in providing secretarial support to the management team of 3. You will liaise with Head Office and responsible for arrangement on delegates, visitors and training groups (hotel bookings, itinerary planning, gifts, souvenirs, restaurant bookings, etc), as well as being responsible for arrangements on overseas colleagues' relocation matters (correspondence with Head Office on new colleague coming, ticketing matters, hotel and housing arrangement, etc.) In addition, you will prepare and send newsletter to Head Office on a weekly basis. You will also handle queries from Head Office and assist in the preparation of reports to Head Office. There may be ad-hoc support required by the HR and Admin team.

The management team comprises of 1 General Manager and 2 Deputy managers.
skills & experience required
You should be tertiary-educated with a minimum of 5 years of secretarial experience. This job is well-suited for somebody who is able to manage confidential information and possesses a pleasant personality, positive attitude and able to multi-task. You must be effectively bilingual in both written and spoken English and Chinese as the incumbent is required to liaise with Chinese colleagues in Head Office and manage reports in Chinese. Candidates coming from banking and financial services industry will be advantageous.
