about the job
The incumbent needs to pay close attention to detail, proactive action, management of multiple priorities and implementation with minimal direction. Your job scope includes but is not limited to: Handleing office manager’s calendar and meeting arrangements. In charge of travel arrangement and expense claims and other administrative support. Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature. Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of leadership staff and outside individuals. Prepare communications for all employees when required on various topics. Coordinates and collaborates with the regional leadership team. Understand the key business drivers affecting the corporation to help prioritize activities. Vendor and supplier management, following procurement standards. Inventory management for office supplies, IT supplies (work with IT and procurement). Assist on business processes e.g. checklist approvals; manage mail to / from the office etc. Liaise with the business center for office management support services; disseminate information about the office to the employees. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

skills and experience required
- Good to have 2 years of experience in business administration/ PA/ EA experience
- Must have good knowledge on Microsoft office/ Excel functions
- You should be well-presented, able to present yourself professionally to interact with the guests & stakeholders at all levels.
