Extensive secretarial/administrative support to the client including but not limited to calendar management, scheduling meetings for various departments, claims submission, making travel arrangements and personal matters.
Involve in the company's ongoing projects, preparation and tracking of documentations and ensure tasks are completed by the given timeframe.
Preparation of bank forms, remittance instruction and investment related documents.
Data entry, record keeping and maintenance of Client database.
Receive and respond to enquiries through calls and emails. Translation of correspondences when required.
Preparation of monthly / ad-hoc reports as required.
Follow-up / provide information on accounting and corporate secretarial related matters.
Understand and keep any confidential information received private.
General Office management duties and Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be minimally diploma holder, and come with at least 2 years of personal assistant experience. To succeed in this role, you should be meticulous, Tech savvy, proficient with Microsoft/Excel, equipped with great interpersonal skills and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
