about the job
In this role you will be responsible to provide administrative support to the senior manager in an effective, efficient and professional manner. You will be acting as a main point of contact and gatekeeper, managing the Director's business travels, calendar and personal expenses, arranging and coordinating meetings as well as any operational support. You will be required to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, making reservations, running business and / or personal errands etc. You will also be assisting the travel and hotel arrangements, visa applications and other logistic arrangements (e.g. car rental, airport transfer etc.).

skills & requirement for the job
To succeed in this role, you need to possess a minimum 3 years of personal assistant working experience supporting senior management. You should possess tertiary education or come with relevant experience. This role is well-suited for somebody who is a problem solver, with great communication and interpersonal skills and most importantly have the ability to work independently.
