about the job

You will provide administrative and secretarial support the Managing Director. These include scheduling appointments, preparing external/internal correspondence, screening telephone calls and visitors, making travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and receptions, preparing presentation materials, and maintaining/filing documents. In addition, you will coordinate and produce sensitive reports and analyses (e.g., budgets), database maintenance, as well as managing expense claims. You will also help to organize team and/or departmental events. On top of a normal executive secretarial job scope, you may be required to assist the MD in personal errands on an ad-hoc basis.

You will report to the Managing Director.

skills & experience required

The ideal incumbent must have minimum 4 years of secretarial experience. The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal capabilities, and good verbal and written communication skills. Qualities of the ideal person include being able to develop a thorough knowledge of the organization quickly, and also being able to work with limited direction from senior professionals and make sound judgements independently.
