    This incumbent will be administering Financial Portfolios and documents required, he/she will be handling simple E-Bookkeeping, keeping track of Business Transactions. Liaising with clients for online (zoom) or physical Meeting, managing the manager’s scheduling/administrative matters/Miscellaneous tasks.

    Monday - Friday

    930am - 630am (WFH/hybrid, Flexible to adjust)

    skills and experience required

    The ideal candidate should be minimally diploma holder, and come with at least 1 years of administrative experience. Training will be provided. To succeed in this role, you should be meticulous, Tech savvy, proficient with Microsoft/Excel, equipped with great interpersonal skills and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
