About the company
With a strong track record, my client is an established and successful individual (an MDRT member) within the wealth management industry, currently looking for a Personal Assistant to provide invaluable administrative support to facilitate the day to day operations of the business.


About the job
As a Personal Assistant, you will be required to carry out a wide range of business support and coordination activities. Your job responsibilities include servicing and following up with client enquiries, liaising with respective insurers on policy submission, filling records for future reference, handling client’s KYC, conducting market research, ensuring timely submission of insurance policies and fulfilling ad hoc projects as assigned.


About the manager/team
You will be reporting directly to the Financial Consultant, working independently with minimal supervision.


Skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in providing administrative support within the financial planning environment and possess basic knowledge of wealth management and insurance products. To excel in this role, you should be a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be technically adequate. My client is looking for someone who is eager to leverage on their capabilities to make an impact and contribute to a growth focused organisation.
