- Driving the projects in Module Technology department
- Deliver the projects for performance and reliability improvements
- Drive the new module design projects and develop new characterization techniques
- Comply with the company’s safety protocol at all times
- Achieve zero safety incidents
skills and experience required
- PhD in engineering
- Min 10 years experience in R&D PV (Photovoltaic) module field environment
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with HJT and N-Mono cells processes and integration
- Willing to be based permanently in Singapore for the role
