about the job
- To produce a robust detailed level 4/5 Programme for Site Team use
- Update contract milestones, prepare project progress reports, weekly accomplishment reports and status of critical path
- To communicate with Site Team and develop a strong relationship with Site Team
- Work with multi-disciplinary engineers in monitoring schedules, productivity and progress trends
- Able to resource load (Material, Manpower & Cost) P6 programmes and implement a weightage system
- Produce Weekly/Monthly relevant S Curves and KPIs to analyze catch-up quantities and schedules
- Revise both Master Programme based on the updated information such as EOT granted.
- Report to the Planning manager
skills and experience required
- Well-versed in Primavera Project Planner (P6)
- Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years in planning environment and in construction industry
- Able to work in fast-paced environment with tight schedules
- Possess interpersonal, project planning and presentation skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and processes
- Computer skills
